Return Policy

We take pride in offering high-quality, vintage garments that are carefully inspected and in excellent condition. However, due to the nature of vintage clothing, some items may have minor flaws or imperfections that are a natural part of their history and character.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the original shipping date.
  • Products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Please note: Minor flaws or imperfections inherent to vintage clothing do not qualify as defects, as they contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective or damaged beyond typical vintage wear)

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at layuccashop@gmail.comwithin 14 days of the original shipping date to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all relevant documentation.
  3. Ship the item back to us at your own expense using a carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
  • Only the cost of the returned item will be reimbursed.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • The cost to ship the item back is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, minor imperfections on vintage garments are not considered defects.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of the original shipping date. The item must be returned in its original condition, and customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
